“Thrilled with my experience” – Jackie (Royal Oak)
I’ve had MRI’s at other facilities in the past and was dreading another one due to my past experiences with them. So to say I was thrilled with my experience at Basha today would be the understatement of the century! The staff…outstanding, really outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, clean, respectful, all good! The facility…outstanding. Clean as a whistle, easy to park and get into, your own room for leaving your belongings in which gets locked immediately, just nothing bad to say about it, at all! And the equipment! STATE OF THE ART! When they say it’s an “open MRI”, that’s what you will find. I had absolutely NO problem getting through the MRI. It was like night and day compared to the other supposed “open MRI’s” I’ve had in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to go back there if I ever need another one and HIGHLY recommend it!
